Central Illinois Rheumatologist Job – 45 Minutes South of Champaign

45 Minutes South of Champaign | No Call | Flexible Scheduling

• Permanent, full-time Rheumatology physician position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Rheumatologists

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Flexible options available, including part-time or creative schedules

• No call; may be contacted for critical patient updates only

• Cerner EMR

• Current team includes:

  • 1 full-time Rheumatologist

  • 1 full-time Advanced Practice Provider (joining imminently)

• May be required to supervise APPs in the future as the practice grows

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Open to 2026, 2027, and beyond for long-term program stability

• $350,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
