We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join a growing specialty team in the Bronx, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient consultative and longitudinal care for patients with complex autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting serving communities across New York City.

Job Responsibilities
• Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans including biologic therapies
• Provide longitudinal outpatient care and disease management
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to coordinate patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Rheumatology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Active New York State Medical License (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
