Job description An established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) for part-time or full-time employment. The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatic and autoimmune diseases in a strictly outpatient setting. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for rheumatic and autoimmune diseases
• Diagnose and manage rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, scleroderma, ankylosing spondylitis, and other musculoskeletal disorders
• Interpret laboratory and imaging studies related to rheumatologic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy, biologics, and lifestyle modifications
• Provide ongoing follow-up care to monitor disease progression
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience required
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach

Working Hours

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
• Part-Time option available
• In-person, outpatient only
