A nationally recognized health system in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologist for a 100% outpatient permanent position. Practice in a state-of-the-art wellness facility with full clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off), and strong interdisciplinary support. This is a high-demand rheumatology opportunity offering exceptional work-life balance, collaborative specialty access, and advanced EMR integration.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders
• Customize patient mix and clinic schedule
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams
• Utilize integrated EMR for efficient documentation
• Participate in CME programs and optional teaching opportunities
Qualifications
• Active Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA prior to start date
• Clean malpractice and licensure history
Working Hours
• 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
• Optional week-on/week-off model
• Minimal call (office voicemail only, less than one call per month)
