Seeking a Board-Certified, Fellowship-trained Rheumatologist for locum coverage
• Adult and geriatric rheumatology care
• Combination of outpatient clinic coverage and inpatient hospital call
• EMR system: Epic
• Supported by MA, RN, and front-desk staff
• Adult and geriatric rheumatology care
• Combination of outpatient clinic coverage and inpatient hospital call

• Supported by MA, RN, and front-desk staff
Job Responsibilities
• Perform joint aspirations and corticosteroid injections
• Provide inpatient rheumatology consults as needed
• Participate in 24-hour hospital on-call coverage
• Deliver adult and geriatric rheumatology services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
• Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology – REQUIRED
• Active Michigan medical license – REQUIRED
• BLS certification – REQUIRED
• Ability to perform joint aspirations and corticosteroid injections – REQUIRED
• Familiarity with Epic EMR – PREFERRED
Working Hours
– 4 × 10-hour shifts OR
– 5 × 8-hour shifts
• Call Requirements:
– 24-hour hospital call
– Two (2) weeks per month
– 1:2 call rotation
• Call Coverage Period: Tuesday – Monday
