- Provider must cover all the following blocks:
- April 6–10
- April 20–24
- May 4–8
- May 18–22
- June 1–5
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8a–5p every other week
- Practice Setting & Case Mix
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Setting: Outpatient clinic / telehealth
- Support Staff: None (no APP support)
- EMR / Charting Software: Epic
- Procedures / Focus:
- Outpatient rheumatology care
- Televisits
- Bread-and-butter rheumatology cases
