Job Title: Rheumatologist (MD/DO)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist Physician to provide specialized care for patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions. The physician will diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of rheumatologic disorders, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions, including arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, osteoporosis, and other autoimmune or musculoskeletal disorders.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacologic therapies, lifestyle recommendations, and procedural interventions when appropriate.

  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory studies, imaging, and joint procedures (e.g., injections, aspirations).

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, orthopedics, physical therapy, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Provide patient education on disease management, prevention strategies, and self-care techniques.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Rheumatology.

  • Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology.

  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage complex chronic conditions.
