Rheumatologist Opportunity - Outpatient Focus with Light Call
* Located in St. Joseph, MI - Chicago 95m
* Full-Time, permanent position | Outpatient Setting
Position Highlights
* Full-time rheumatology position with primarily outpatient focus
* Light inpatient consult volume (average of 1 per week)
* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Call coverage approximately 10 days/month, including 1 weekend
* Work alongside one experienced rheumatologist and dedicated support staff
* New patient visits scheduled for 45–60 minutes; established patients 30 minutes
* Access to tertiary care support from major academic centers
* Epic EHR and MyChart patient portal
Clinical Tools & Preferences
* Experience with MSK ultrasound, joint injections, and aspirations preferred
* MSK ultrasound training available if needed
* No internal medicine patient management required
* Strong collaboration with 24/7 hospitalist team
