Facility:

This is a well-established medical facility with a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The facility features a state-of-the-art Ambulatory Infusion Center and an Accredited Osteoporosis Program. It offers comprehensive care with access to multiple specialties including Orthopedics, PM&R, Pain Management, Nephrology, Pulmonary, ID, MSK Ultrasound, and Neurosurgery.

Opportunity: Board Certification - Rheumatology

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving rheumatology practice with established providers and support staff. The position offers clinical work with research possibilities through the Rheumatoid Arthritis Investigational Network (RAIN) and educational opportunities teaching residents and medical students.

Job Details:

  • Join a 100% clinical rheumatology practice with 2 full-time Rheumatologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 36 contact hours per week with no call requirements
  • Outreach opportunities to satellite clinics
  • Research opportunities as a partner in RAIN (Rheumatoid Arthritis Investigational Network)
  • Educational opportunities teaching residents, medical students, and community
  • Generous CME program
  • Access to the largest referral base in the area
  • Work with 6 RNs, 3 CAs, 2 DXA techs with low staff turnover
  • On-site DXA machine and Ultrasound machine within the Rheumatology department
  • Minimum of 6 weeks paid time off per year (based on years of service)
  • Requires Board Certification in Internal Medicine; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. The position offers excellent compensation and benefits including starting bonus and relocation allowance. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based incentives.
