A Rheumatology group of 2 are seeking a 3rd Rheumatologist to join their team in a position that is 100% outpatient. These 2 physicians have emphasized how much they enjoy their clinic pace, low patient volumes, and strong autonomy.
This is a lifestyle position with the opportunity to make strong income into the $350,000 range.
The Position:
• Practice alongside 2 Rheumatologists and 1 NP
• Perform procedures including joint/tendon injections
• Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week, half-day on Fridays
• Low patient volumes of 12-13 per day, position is 100% outpatient with no call and no inpatient responsibility
• Compensation includes a base salary up to $300K with wRVU and quality incentives pushing you into the $350K range
• Full Benefits package, PTO, CME, and $50K in sign-on/relocation
