Illinois Rheumatology Opportunity | $310K-$355K Base + APP Support + Academic Option

I wanted to reach out about an excellent Rheumatology opportunity in central Illinois with an established and growing practice seeking an additional BC/BE Rheumatologist.

Highlights include:

• Established practice with one Rheumatologist and two experienced Rheumatology APPs.
• APPs manage fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal medicine, and stable immunologic patients while triaging new referrals to ensure physicians focus on more complex cases.
• Dedicated support team for scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy coordination.
• On-site laboratory and pharmacy.
• Opportunity for regional outreach if desired.
• Optional teaching and research opportunities with an academic appointment.
• H1b Visa candidates considered(not able to sponsor a J1 visa)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $310,000-$355,000, plus potential bonuses and incentives.
