Rheumatology opening in Wisconsin
- Located in Appleton, WI - Green Bay 30m
- Full-time, permanent position
- 1.0 FTE- 36 patient contact hours per week (flexible with schedule)
- Team consists of 3 Physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner, RN's & MA's
- Call: Every 3rd week (minimal by phone call ONLY)
- Outreach Clinic at Critical Access Hospitals
- EPIC EMR used throughout health system

- Income Details: Competitive Base salary + value based incentive
