*Location: Peoria, IL
*Specialty: Rheumatology
*Start Date: ASAP; as soon as credentialed
*End Date: Ongoing
*Schedule/Shifts: M-F, 8:30a-4:3 - Clinic; Every 3rd week - 24 hour Call - while working clinic and weekend
*Schedule Need: Preference is full-time, but will accept a provider that can provide 1 or more weeks per month. Please provide your availability.
*Requirements:
*Volume: 14-16 patients per day
*Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days once all documents have been submitted
*No procedures required
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance covered
*Rate: Open - Please provide your going rate and your bottom line rate; I will negotiate for the higher of the two
*Specialty: Rheumatology

- BE/BC Internal Medicine + Rheumatology
- ACLS, BLS Certifications
