*Location: Peoria, Illinois
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed
*End Date: Ongoing while they seek a permanent provider
*Setting: Outpatient, Clinic based
*Start Date: As soon as credentialed

*Setting: Outpatient, Clinic based
*Shifts: M-F, 8:30 - 4:30 + Call every 3rd week nights of days worked + weekend; No Holidays at clinic
*Requirements:
- Board Certified Rheumatologist
- Active, unrestricted IL license
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
*EMR: Epic
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance provided
