ATC West Healthcare is seeking an experienced Division Director of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) in Rochester Hills, Michigan to lead and expand its academic-affiliated fertility program. • Call coverage and weekend rotation responsibilities as determined by leadership

Job Details/Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee development and expansion of the reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
• Deliver specialized outpatient reproductive endocrinology care
• Perform advanced fertility treatments, diagnostic evaluations, and reproductive procedures
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and establish clinical standards
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary fertility care teams
• Participate in strategic planning and program development
• Manage clinic operations and workflow
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national standards of care

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG required)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship
• 3–5 years of post-fellowship REI experience required
• Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
• MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD accepted
• Current BLS and DEA certification required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history required
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at presentation
• Must disclose visa sponsorship needs at submission
