Locums | Interventional Radiology | Robbinsdale, MN (Active MN License)
Why This Role
Active MN license
IR-only coverage; no diagnostic reads
Multiple openings
Temporary privileges available
Ongoing coverage; 2 weeks/month ideal
Assignment Details
Dates: As soon as credentialed–ongoing
Schedule: 8a–5p hospital coverage; minimum 2 weeks/month ideal
Call: Overnight beeper call, 1:2; weekends as needed
Callback frequency: After-hours procedures approximately 1–2 times/week
Volume: Approximately 10 cases/day weekdays; 6 cases/day weekends
Setting: Adult inpatient, Level I trauma hospital; thrombectomy-capable stroke center
Staffing: Anticipate utilizing 2 locum physicians at a time
Teaching: Not required
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
Clinical Details
Required scope: General IR, cerebral embolectomy, and moderate sedation
Patient population: 100% adult
Excluded scope: Aneurysm management and diagnostic reads
Requirements
BC or BE within 5 years of residency
Fellowship required
Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience
Active MN license
ACLS
Epic experience preferred
Active DEA
