Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity
Located in Erie, PA - Buffalo, NY 95m
Full-time, permanent position
Position Overview
General Diagnostic Radiology opportunity within an expanding Radiology and Imaging Sciences program
Provide comprehensive daytime diagnostic radiology services
Occasional remote work opportunities available
Breast imaging optional
Weekend call limited to 10 weekends per year
No evening or overnight call requirements
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology
Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in a radiology subspecialty preferred but not required
Pennsylvania medical license required
Practice Highlights
Established Diagnostic Radiology practice within a tertiary care hospital
Advanced imaging equipment, including:
- 3 CT scanners (64-slice, XR-29 compliant)
- Mobile PET/CT
- Digital radiography with some computed radiography
- 3 MRI scanners (1.5 Tesla)
- 7 modern ultrasound machines
- Philips EPIQ 7 and IU-22 ultrasound systems
- Siemens Freestyle ultrasound system for procedures
State-of-the-art PACS with workflow optimization capabilities
Automated case distribution system in development
Implementation of AI-enhanced reporting and image interpretation tools
Opportunity to incorporate breast imaging based on physician interest
Daytime-focused schedule with limited weekend coverage
Access to comprehensive specialty services and multidisciplinary clinical support
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $420,000–$1,100,000
Competitive base salary with additional earning opportunities

Reasonable wRVU requirements based on years of experience
