Veterans Health Indiana is seeking a Chief of Radiology to lead a Complexity Level 1A radiology service in downtown Indianapolis. Your leadership will directly shape the quality, access, and innovation of care for the Veterans who have earned world-class healthcare. Position highlights:
- Chief of Radiology leadership role for a highly complex (1A), highly resourced program
- High-quality, patient-focused radiology practice featuring 14 full-time fellowship-trained physicians
- Robust staff support with a team of approximately 70

Job Responsibilities
• Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and regular salary increases
• Paid Time Off: 50–55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays), plus up to 5 paid days for CME. Opportunity for paid parental leave up to 3 months.
• Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5-year vesting) and federal 401(k) with up to 5% in contributions from VA
• Insurance: Federal health, vision, dental, and term life insurance (many federal programs can be carried into retirement)
• CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (full-time with board certification required)

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Radiology board certification by the American Board of Radiology; Nuclear Medicine certification desired
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or academic setting preferred
