- Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies for hospital emergency department and inpatient services
- Read magnetic resonance imaging (MR) studies
- Interpret computed tomography (CT) studies
- Interpret ultrasound examinations
- Read X-ray studies
- Complete approximately 20–25 ultrasound studies and 25–30 CT/MR studies daily, along with approximately 150–200 X-rays
- Use remote reading technology, including Merge PACS and Nuance PowerScribe 360
Required
- Ability to read MR, CT, ultrasound and X-ray studies
- Availability for the 2:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. schedule five days per week
- Ability to complete the applicable credentialing process
Preferred
- Experience with Cerner, Merge PACS or Nuance PowerScribe 360
- Residence in California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona or Utah
