Patient Population: Hospital ED and inpatient populations; specific age groups to be confirmed
Setting: Remote radiology coverage for hospitals and affiliated outpatient clinics
Responsibilities: Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies across all required modalities
Required Procedures: MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray interpretation
EMR System: Cerner
PACS: Merge PACS
Voice Recognition: Nuance PowerScribe 360
Support Staff: 24/7 IT support available
Days Per Month: 5 shifts per week; approximately 30 hours weekly
On-Call/Weekends: No call; no weekend requirements

This assignment includes remote overnight radiology coverage, interpretation of general diagnostic studies across multiple imaging modalities, and support for hospital emergency departments, inpatient services, and affiliated outpatient clinics. No call or weekend coverage is required.

Shift: Overnight, 2:00 AM–8:00 AM, any 5 days per weekStart Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Approximately 9–12 months after the start date
Position Details: 1 physician; full-time equivalent
Patient Population: Hospital ED and inpatient populations; specific age groups to be confirmed
Setting: Remote radiology coverage for hospitals and affiliated outpatient clinics

Required Procedures and Skills
- General diagnostic radiology interpretation
- MRI interpretation
- CT interpretation
- Ultrasound interpretation
- X-ray interpretation
- Ability to manage the expected study volume:
- Approximately 20–25 ultrasound studies daily
- Approximately 25–30 CT/MRI studies daily
- Approximately 150–200 X-ray studies daily
- Experience with Cerner, Merge PACS, and Nuance PowerScribe 360 is beneficial
Requirements
- Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology required
- Active California medical license required
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred
- Must be able to interpret MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray studies
- Must reside in one of the approved states: California, Colorado, Florida, Arizona, or Utah
- Must be available for overnight shifts from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, five days per week
- Must be able to commit to an anticipated 9–12-month assignment
- Must be comfortable with remote diagnostic radiology coverage for multiple hospitals and clinics
