Job description
A healthcare facility in Virginia is seeking a Radiology Physician for locum tenens coverage. This is an on-site opportunity with a night coverage focus and an expected commitment of about 26 weeks.
The assignment is positioned as a strong option for providers who are comfortable handling routine and emergent inpatient/outpatient imaging in a high-acuity setting (Level I trauma). The coverage need includes night call support and a consistent workflow expectation.
Job Responsibilities
This person must be able to read 30-45 cross-sections per day.
Routine and emergent Inpatient and outpatient studies with some procedures.
Level 1 Trauma, Busy location
Qualifications
Active Virginia Medical License
Active DEA
Working Hours
Prefer 2 weeks a month, but will consider 1 week per month, plus night call,
Night call is needed 1-3 nights per week
