Assignment Details
ASAP–April 1, 2027 (specific-term assignment)
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Scheduled clinical coverage
Inpatient and outpatient settings
Coverage may rotate among multiple Detroit-area hospitals
Resident teaching required
Cerner EMR
Approximately 90-day credentialing
Temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
Vascular and nonvascular interventional procedures
Embolization for trauma and GI bleeding
Angiograms and thrombolysis
IVC filter placement and removal
Emergency nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainage
Trauma embolization, including splenic, hepatic, and pelvic cases
Diagnostic radiology reading preferred between procedures
Requirements
ABR board certification required
Active, unrestricted Michigan license required
BLS required
Active DEA
