Why This Role
Monday–Friday daytime schedule
No call or weekends
Broad diagnostic and light IR scope
Onsite coverage
Epic EMR
Assignment Details
Dates: Not specified
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Coverage: Scheduled onsite clinical hours; no call
Volume: 90–100 studies and 60–70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
Setting: Onsite hospital-based radiology
EMR: Epic
PACS/Dictation: Merge and Fluency
Clinical Details
Diagnostic Scope: XR, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, pediatric imaging, and diagnostic mammography procedures
Case Mix: Emergency, musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and fluoroscopy
Light IR: Image-guided thyroid, bone, lung, liver, and renal biopsies
Procedures: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tubes, cyst drainage, and lumbar punctures
Additional Scope: Myelograms, epidurals, arthrograms, and joint injections
Requirements
Board certification required
Active Pennsylvania license required
Active DEA required
