Diagnostic Radiologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Montana
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing
Compensation: $475/hour (1099) + Travel & Lodging
Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center. This position offers a high-volume, multimodality practice with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Coverage needed 4 weeks per month
No nights, weekends, or call
Telehealth coverage may be considered based on availability
Clinical Responsibilities
Interpret high-volume diagnostic imaging studies across multiple modalities.
Modalities include CT, X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and PET.
Interpret studies for regional sites through a shared PACS system.
No mammography.
Certified technologists and sonographers are available for each modality.
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
BLS certification required
Fellowship training preferred
Ability to cover both inpatient and outpatient studies
Approximately 90-day credentialing timeframe

No resident or APP supervision
