Join our dynamic outpatient clinic team in Dallas, TX as a Locum Tenens Breast Radiologist. We are seeking a fellowship-trained radiologist to provide on-site support for screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, as well as image-guided procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations. This role requires a keen attention to detail for reporting, strong knowledge in BI-RADS and MQSA requirements, and excellent communication skills to interact directly with patients. Work efficiently in our fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI.
  • Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, localizations, and aspirations.
  • Manage same-day diagnostic workups and communicate results directly with patients.
  • Collaborate with technologists, nurses, surgeons, and oncology teams.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Radiologist with Fellowship in Breast Imaging.
  • Proficiency in BI-RADS and MQSA requirements.
  • Strong patient-facing communication skills.
  • Experience with Cerner EMR and changing from Health PACS to Sectra PACS by July.

Working Hours

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Days: 2-3 days per week

Skills

  • Ability to manage 40-50 patient encounters per shift.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional reporting skills.
