Clinical Responsibilities

Interpret a broad range of studies including:

• X-Ray
• CT
• MRI
• Ultrasound
• Nuclear Medicine
• Fluoroscopy
• Diagnostic Mammography

Diverse Case Mix

• Emergency Radiology
• Musculoskeletal Imaging
• Neuroradiology
• Nuclear Medicine
• Pediatrics
• Fluoroscopy
• Mammography Procedures

Light Interventional Procedures

Candidates should be comfortable performing:

• Thyroid Biopsies
• Bone, Lung, Liver, and Renal Biopsies
• CT-Guided Procedures
• Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
• Paracentesis
• Thoracentesis
• Abscess Drainages
• Chest Tube Placements
• Lumbar Punctures
• Myelograms
• Epidural Procedures
• Arthrograms
• Joint Injections (Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Elbow, and Ankle)

Practice Environment

• Daily Volume: Approximately 90-100 studies per shift
• Expected Productivity: 60-70 wRVUs per day
• EMR: Epic
• PACS: Merge
• Dictation: Fluency

Requirements

• Board Certified in Radiology
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• Active DEA Registration
• Current NPDB Self-Query Report (dated within 30 days of offer)
