Cedar Hill is a developing location, and the team is in the early stages of building out a dedicated women's imaging program and clinic. • Collaborate with onsite clinicians, referring physicians, surgeons, and hospital teams to support patient care
  • Participate in the development and growth of the women's imaging program, including mammography services as volume increases
  • Communicate critical findings and provide appropriate clinical recommendations when necessary
  • Utilize integrated PACS, EMR, and voice-recognition systems for efficient onsite and remote workflow
  • Participate in peer review, quality assurance, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings
  • Maintain compliance with quality, patient safety, regulatory, documentation, and applicable mammography requirements

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Active DC medical license or eligibility for DC licensure
  • Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in Mammography / Breast Imaging
  • Strong proficiency in general diagnostic radiology with the ability to interpret mammography studies
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid hospital-based and remote environment

Schedule

  • Full-time hybrid position with onsite coverage at Cedar Hill Hospital
  • Remote diagnostic reading opportunities available as part of the overall coverage model
  • Mammography coverage integrated into the onsite diagnostic schedule based on current and future clinical needs

Compensation

  • Compensation is aligned with full-time coverage commitment, employment classification, experience, and annual workload expectations
  • Full-Time hybrid Diagnostic Radiology position at Cedar Hill Hospital
  • RVU-based productivity compensation may apply in accordance with the approved compensation structure
  • Additional remote diagnostic reading opportunities may be available with separate RVU-based compensation for eligible diagnostic work
