Assignment Details Start Date: November 2, 2026 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Call: Weeknight beeper call only Call Response Time: 30 minutes Call Volume: Fewer than two calls daily Callback: Approximately one hospital return per month Setting: Inpatient and outpatient Patient Volume: Approximately 15 per shift Rounding: Assigned and unassigned patients Facility: Level III trauma center EMR: Cerner IR Equipment: Philips Allura FD20 Credentialing: Fewer than 30 days Temporary Privileges: Available Support Team: Three RNs and three office staff ### Requirements Vascular and Interventional Radiologist Active Texas medical license Vascular/Interventional Radiology training and current clinical competency Current ACLS and BLS Ability to provide full-time weekday coverage Availability for weeknight beeper call Hospital privileges ### Clinical Details Provide inpatient and outpatient Interventional Radiology services Evaluate and manage assigned and unassigned patients Perform image-guided vascular and nonvascular interventions Complete consultations and required admissions Respond to weeknight calls within 30 minutes Operate Philips Allura FD20 equipment Collaborate with dedicated nursing and hospital staff No APP, resident, or teaching supervision responsibilities
