DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGIST:

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Client is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join its established, physician-owned and physician-led regional practice serving communities throughout Brevard County and Florida’s Space Coast.
This opportunity offers a broad community-based diagnostic imaging mix, close collaboration with physicians and clinical teams, and the flexibility to select the practice model that best supports your professional goals.
Physicians may select between two distinct career paths:
OPTION 1: FULLY REMOTE W-2 EMPLOYMENT:
Focus exclusively on broad diagnostic interpretation from a remote setting. This employee pathway is designed for radiologists who value geographic flexibility, dependable W-2 employment, comprehensive benefits, and a non-procedural workflow.
OPTION 2: HYBRID PARTNERSHIP TRACK:
Combine remote flexibility with an onsite presence across the practice’s hospital and outpatient network. Qualified physicians may incorporate procedural work and pursue potential partnership consideration under the group’s established eligibility requirements, criteria, and timeline.
Procedural participation is available and encouraged for appropriately trained physicians who choose the hybrid pathway. Radiologists focused exclusively on diagnostic interpretation may be considered for fully remote W-2 employment.

Its mission is to deliver comprehensive, cost-efficient, integrated services that improve patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and outcomes across anesthesiology, emergency medicine, and radiology.
The radiology platform supports:
* Holmes Regional Medical Center

* Several freestanding diagnostic centers throughout Brevard County
Client combines the clinical reach and stability of an established regional network with the autonomy, collegiality, and professional culture of a physician-led practice.
Job Responsibilities
* Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiography, and fluoroscopy.
* Provide accurate, timely, and clinically actionable interpretations across inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Communicate significant findings and clinical recommendations clearly and efficiently.
* Collaborate with referring physicians, hospital teams, technologists, and fellow radiologists.
* Perform procedural work when appropriately trained, credentialed, interested, and aligned with the selected practice model.
* Support quality, consistency, patient safety, and service excellence across the regional coverage network.
* Participate in additional coverage or internal moonlighting when desired and mutually agreed upon.
* Contribute to a collegial, responsive, collaborative, and patient-centered physician-led culture.
Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
* Eligible to obtain and maintain an unrestricted Florida medical license and all required clinical privileges.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
* Fellowship training in any diagnostic radiology subspecialty is welcomed but not required.
* Procedural experience and interest for hybrid physicians seeking procedural responsibilities.
* Experience in community radiology, hospital-based radiology, or a multi-site diagnostic practice.
Current residents and fellows completing an eligible training pathway are encouraged to apply.

* Is comfortable interpreting a varied community-radiology workload with accuracy and efficiency.
