Specialty: Board Certified Interventional Radiologist
Client: VAMC
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Dates coverage is needed: as soon as credentialing/background is complete -1 year (with 4 option years) – Anticipated Start mid June/early July
Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 8:00-am – 4:30pm
Call Requirements: Average 1:3 call rotation
Patient Ages: adults
Client: VAMC
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Responsibilities
Physician(s) shall be responsible for providing Interventional Radiology procedures, including, but not limited:
Arterial diagnostic & interventional (PTA, stents, thrombolysis, embolization, TACE, stent grafts, foreign body removal)
Venous diagnostic & interventional (TIPS, thrombectomy, filters, portal vein embolization, venous access)
Venous access procedures (tunneled/non-tunneled catheters)
Additional IR procedures per ACR guidelines
Qualifications
Reason for Need: staff shortage
Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks on average
Additional Info: *** any State License ***
Full-scope Interventional Radiology procedures per ACR guidelines
Moderate sedation competency required
MRI and fluoroscopy safety compliance required
Working Hours
Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 8:00-am – 4:30pm
Call Requirements: Average 1:3 call rotation
