Smaller hospital just outside of Springfield, MO is recruiting for an Radiologist with earnings to exceed $1 million per year. Our client is looking for an experienced provider for this position with excellent leadership and skillset. Highly productive practice with the office at the Medical Building. Great referral network, making referrals easy to receive.
Current Radiology making over $1.1 million per year. wRVU rate is set at 120% of MGMA median and adjusted annually.. 1:4 call. $675k first year salary guarantee. up to $100k sign on bonus. Reason for opening - Growth of Radiology department - physician wRVU production above 90th percentile. Full benefits highlighted by 12 weeks PTO per year. Basic interventional skills - if Interventional fellowship trained, this would allow us to do procedures not currently done here and we welcome that. But the position is NOT full time Interventional work.. Loyal Medical Staff for referrals in a clinic system that produces more than 300,000 visits annually. Community - 10,000 people, located 25 minutes to Springfield, MO, 3rd largest city in MO and only 30 minutes to Springfield National Airport. Central to 3 lakes - Truman, Stockton & Pomme de Terre, be on a body of water in 20 minutes or less. One hour to Branson, one hour to Lake of the Ozarks.
