We are seeking a Board-Certified General Radiologist to join a well-established healthcare organization in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This exciting locum opportunity offers an ASAP start with a 3–6 month assignment and the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, with MR Fellowship preferred.
Job Responsibilities
o Diagnostic X-Ray (DX)
o Ultrasound (US)
o Computed Tomography (CT)
o Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
o Routine Fluoroscopy
• Provide timely, accurate diagnostic reports.
• Participate in scheduled weekend call coverage.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation using the facility's EMR/PACS system.
• Complete all required onboarding and training before the assignment begins.
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology (Required).
• Active Massachusetts Medical License (Required).
• MR Fellowship Preferred.
• Experience interpreting multiple imaging modalities in a high-volume practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Previous locum experience is preferred but not required.
Working Hours
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Late Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend Call: Required
• Call Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-site coverage only.
