Large independent private practice seeks additional Rads – On site, Hybrid or fully remote!

This private practice of 45+ in Arkansas is independent and wholly controlled by Radiologists and is looking for additional Radiologists due to growth and expansion! The group reads from a unified PACS (Clario and Powerscribe) and covers 25+ hospitals and multiple clinics (including 4 group owned) within the state (no level 1 trauma). Reading room assistant coverage for communication with referring teams and sites. Robust IT support with 24/7 coverage. Average volume is about 78 RVU’s per daytime shift and is about 80-100/for overnights.

Diagnostic Rads rarely have to do procedures. There are 1-2 hospitals the PA’s don’t cover where some minor procedures are done (para, Thora) and one surgical hospital where the MSK folks may do arthrograms 1-2 days a week.

Starting compensation range is 500-500k salary depending on experience.

• Fully Remote Day shift: Work M-F 8-5pm CST with Q6/11 weekends/yr and PTO. Partnership.
• Fully Remote Overnights: Work 7 on/14 off from 10pm – 7:45am CST. Receive an additional $53/RVU over 85 RVUs/shift. Partnership
• Onsite/Hybrid – General or any fellowship - Work M-F with Q6/11 weekends/yr and PTO. Neuro volume would be 50% all others about 25%. Partnership Number of days on site vs. remote depends on the schedule.
• Breast Imager – on site all things Breast. 100% Employee (no weekends) of if you prefer partnership, you must participate in the call pool (breast and general non mammo shifts)
• IR – 50-70% IR depending on where you’re scheduled. Balance in general reading in between cases/procedures (what you’re comfortable reading - general CTs, plain films, US, etc.) Partnership

All partnership track physicians participate in Q6/11 weekends/yr. Comprehensive benefit package including competitive sign on bonus, malpractice insurance, CME allowance, 401k, $500/month phone and internet stipend, relocation for those on site. Choose from either W2, Associate Partnership or full Partnership (1 year – earning 700k+ and enjoy 10 weeks off and ½ day per week on average) or open to 1099 if you prefer.
