Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a long-term remote teleradiology opportunity supporting Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This position offers consistent weekday coverage with flexible scheduling options, including traditional Monday–Friday shifts or block schedules such as 7 days on/7 days off or 7 days on/14 days off.
Providers will interpret a broad range of general diagnostic imaging studies with an expected productivity of approximately 75-85 RVUs per shift.
Case Mix
Primary modalities include:
- CT
- MRI
- X-Ray (CR)
- Ultrasound
- Estimated Annual Volume: 20,400 studies
- Productivity Expectation: 85 RVUs per shift
- Facility Type: Level II Trauma Center
Job Responsibilities
Read CT, MRI, X-ray (CR), and Ultrasound examinations
Maintain approximately 85 RVUs per shift
Deliver timely, accurate diagnostic reports
Communicate significant findings when appropriate
Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations
Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care
Qualifications
Active North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
Fellowship training is welcome but not required
General Diagnostic Radiology or Emergency Radiology experience preferred
Prior tele-radiology experience preferred
Academic Medical Center experience is not required
Working Hours
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern
This is a long-term ongoing assignment with consistent coverage needs.
