Locums – Dubuque, Iowa, Radiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)

Clinical Role

• ASAP start with ongoing need
• Onsite Radiology coverage
• Approximately 2 days per month once credentialed
• Provider consultation and onsite radiologic examinations
• Mostly adult and geriatric patients with a small pediatric population
• Approximately 15-20 cases per day

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday-Friday daytime coverage
• 7:00 am-5:00 pm
• Onsite coverage required

Practice Setting & Procedures

• Broad diagnostic imaging and interventional procedure responsibilities
• Musculoskeletal imaging and procedures
• MRI and CT imaging
• Pediatric and general ultrasound
• Fluoroscopy examinations
• Upper GI studies and esophagrams
• Lumbar punctures
• Sniff tests for diaphragm evaluation
• Fluoroscopy-guided steroid injections of the hip and shoulder
• Dynamic infant hip ultrasound examinations

Support & Systems

• Certified Radiology Technologists
• Ultrasonographers
• Mammography Technologists
• Cerner/Epic

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certified in Radiology required
• Active Iowa license required
• IMLC accepted with Letter of Qualification in hand
