Southern California – General Diagnostic Radiology / Tele-radiology Candidates Welcome for Full-Time Coverage

We are currently recruiting for a well-established private Radiology group in Southern California seeking a BE/BC General Diagnostic Radiologist. The group is also open to tele-radiologists interested in providing full-time coverage.

Practice Highlights:
• Established group of 5 Radiologists (4 Diagnostic + 1 Interventional Radiologist)
• 100% Diagnostic role – all IR procedures covered by dedicated IR physician
• Mammo capability preferred
• Workload averages approximately 120 studies per shift:

• ~20 CT/MRI
• ~60 XR
• ~40 Ultrasound

Schedule & Call:
• Weekend call averages every 5th–6th weekend
• Weekend coverage: 8am–7pm with post-call Mondays off
• Two weekday shifts:

• 8am–4pm
• 12pm–8pm
  • Evening and weekend shifts performed remotely from home workstation provided by the group
  • Overnight coverage fully handled by nighthawk teleradiology
  • Additional paid internal moonlighting available for physicians interested in taking extra weekends

Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting salary: $500K–$600K commensurate with experience
• $20K sign-on bonus
• Up to $10K relocation assistance
• Annual salary increase to partner-level compensation beginning in year 2
• Full partnership with voting rights after year 3 with no buy-in required
• Part-time candidates also considered with flexible compensation structure
• 10 weeks PTO initially, increasing to 12 weeks after year 2
• $3K annual CME allowance
• Malpractice and tail coverage provided

Location:
• Primary coverage at a 107-bed acute care hospital in California’s Imperial Valley, approximately 2 hours east of San Diego
• Additional reads provided for local clinics and urgent care centers

Requirements:
• BE/BC by the American Board of Radiology
• Active California medical license required
• Visa sponsorship may be considered for candidates available to start in the near term
