IMLC Accepted – Locums Radiologist Opportunity – Northeast Montana

• Locum tenens opportunity

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Diagnostic Radiologist

• Onsite position

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Coverage Needs:

  • 2 weeks each in June, July, and August

  • Full month of October (starting Oct 5)

  • 1 week in November

  • 2 weeks in December (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s weeks)

Case Mix (Monthly Volumes):

• CT: 253

• MRI: 90

• Ultrasound: 165

• Mammography: 90 (tomosynthesis required)

• Nuclear Medicine: 15 (Cardiolite, HIDA, gastric emptying, bone scans only)

• X-ray: 525

• Fluoro: 5–10 cases

• IR: ~20 cases

Procedures (Light IR – Based on Comfort Level):

• Image-guided biopsies and drainages (US & CT)

• Lumbar punctures (LPs)

• Myelograms

• Thoracentesis

• Paracentesis

• Arthrograms

• Joint aspirations and injections

Additional Details:

• General radiology with mammography and light IR

• EMR: Meditech Expanse

• PACS: Synapse | Dictation: Powerscribe

• DEA required

• No controlled substance permit required

Licensure:

• Montana license preferred

• IMLC accepted

• Open to candidates without a Montana license

• Licensing reimbursement available
