Join our dedicated team as a Locum Physician specializing in Radiology in the vibrant community of The Villages, FL. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality imaging diagnostics in a flexible, remote setting while enjoying competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. If you are a qualified radiologist eager to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to advance your career with us and help deliver top-tier patient care.

In this role, you'll perform sophisticated imaging interpretations, including CT perfusion and MRI Spine assessments, contributing to patient diagnoses and treatment plans. The position features a balanced 7on/7off schedule, allowing you to maintain optimal work-life harmony. You will work primarily with modalities such as XR, CT, MRI, and US, with a case mix focusing on MSK, Mammo, Neuro, and Diagnostic Mammo procedures. Expected daily volume ranges from 90-100 studies, with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy to meet institutional standards.

Candidates should possess strong skills in interpreting complex imaging studies, with proficiency in reading CT perfusion and MRI Spine images. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential. A comprehensive understanding of radiological protocols and familiarity with subspecialty case types will ensure success in this role.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in diagnostic radiology, especially in subspecialties such as MSK, neuro, or mammography. Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and an active, unrestricted medical license in Florida are highly desirable. Comfort with remote work technology and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently are critical.

Other requirements include eligibility to work independently in the U.S., current malpractice insurance coverage, and adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations. Travel reimbursements, licensure assistance, and certification support are provided where applicable.

This position offers an hourly rate of $19.50, along with malpractice coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, and additional benefits such as paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel stipends when applicable. Take this chance to join a committed team dedicated to your professional success.
