A healthcare system is seeking a Remote Diagnostic Radiologist to provide overnight coverage supporting several hospital imaging sites within a high acuity trauma network. This opportunity offers consistent overnight shifts focused on emergency department and inpatient imaging studies in a Level I trauma environment.

Radiologists will interpret a high volume mix of urgent and emergent diagnostic imaging studies including trauma related imaging, stroke evaluations, and routine inpatient exams. The position is fully remote and designed for physicians comfortable working in a fast paced overnight environment where timely interpretation is critical to patient care.

Job Responsibilities

The radiologist will provide remote overnight diagnostic imaging interpretation supporting emergency department and inpatient imaging services across multiple hospitals. Responsibilities include interpreting CT, radiography, ultrasound, and MRI studies generated from trauma, stroke, and urgent care workflows. The physician will read from a general diagnostic worklist while maintaining efficient turnaround times and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure timely patient care in a high volume trauma environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology within five years of training
• Experience interpreting emergency department and trauma related imaging studies
• Comfortable reading urgent and STAT imaging in a high volume environment
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote diagnostic reading environment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Working Hours

Remote overnight coverage seven days per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
