Job description
A healthcare system is seeking an Interventional Radiologist comfortable performing light IR procedures and interpreting general diagnostic imaging to provide onsite weekday coverage within a hospital based imaging program. This opportunity offers a balanced workflow between procedural work and diagnostic interpretation in a supportive clinical environment.
The radiologist will primarily perform light interventional procedures while assisting with general diagnostic imaging reads across multiple modalities. The role is well suited for physicians who prefer a procedural mix focused on lower acuity interventions while maintaining diagnostic imaging responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
• Experience performing light interventional radiology procedures
• Comfortable interpreting general diagnostic imaging across multiple modalities
• Active state medical license or ability to obtain
• Ability to work within both procedural and diagnostic workflows
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
