Radiology - Tele Opening in Naples, FL

MSK or Neuroradiology opening – Florida Fully Remote (Swing Shift, Eastern Time) ## Position Details * Full-time, permanent employed position * Fellowship-trained MSK Radiologist or Neuroradiologist * Fully remote outpatient imaging role * High MRI case mix (>70%) * Focused outpatient MRI interpretation * Swing shift coverage * Preferred schedule: Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm Eastern + 13 weekends per year * Alternative schedules considered: * 7 on / 7 off * 7 on / 14 off * Volume target: Approximately 70 RVUs per shift (negotiable) * Malpractice coverage provided * No salary cap * Base salary + unlimited productivity overage * Starting compensation at $400,000+ ## Required Qualifications & Experience * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology * Fellowship training in MSK or Neuroradiology required * Strong MRI interpretation skills * Ability to meet productivity targets in a high-efficiency environment * Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting ## Benefits Details * Base salary starting at $400K with unlimited overage potential * Annual retirement contribution of $15,000 (in addition to base salary) * Annual CME allowance of $3,500 * Full comprehensive benefits package * Malpractice coverage provided * Flexible schedule options * Fully remote position * Work from anywhere within approved U.S. states * No relocation required * Ideal for physicians seeking flexibility, geographic freedom, and improved work-life balance
