Step into a dynamic leadership role as a Radiology Manager overseeing Imaging Services operations in a well-established acute care hospital setting in Saint Peter, MN (56082). This full-time leadership opportunity offers competitive compensation up to $140K annually plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The Radiology Manager is responsible for departmental leadership, financial oversight, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth of imaging services including CT, mammography, and surgical imaging support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, and strong team performance.

Job Responsibilities

β€’ Lead daily operations of the Radiology/Imaging Department
β€’ Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost management
β€’ Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
β€’ Develop quality improvement initiatives and monitor imaging metrics
β€’ Manage hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
β€’ Coordinate OR imaging services (C-arm & portable units)
β€’ Present reports to leadership, medical staff, and board committees
β€’ Strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

β€’ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
β€’ ARRT certification (CT or Mammography registry preferred)
β€’ Minimum 5–7 years of radiology experience
β€’ 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience required
β€’ BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months)
β€’ Strong knowledge of imaging regulations and quality standards
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare data analytics

Working Hours

Full-Time
Occasional weekends/holidays as needed for departmental coverage
