Required Skills:
- Proven experience in high-volume radiology reading, particularly ER and inpatient cases
- Proficiency in interpreting XR, CT, MR, US, and Nuc Med imaging modalities
- Comfortable handling stroke imaging and emergent cases
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in image interpretation
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clinical teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty expertise in MSK, Neuro, or Nuc Med imaging
- Experience with progressive stroke protocols
- Previous remote reading or teleradiology experience
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and PACS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Radiology
- Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience in a high-volume setting
- Active West Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one quickly
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working remotely
- Certified in advanced radiology procedures preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
