Position Overview
A hospital-aligned radiology program is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist willing to work mostly in person. This is not a full telerad role. The practice values strong on-site collaboration with clinicians and consistent, high-quality reads across all modalities.
Compensation & Call
Total compensation is set at $700,000 with a $100,000 sign-on bonus. Call is shared on a 1 in 5 rotation. Evening call coverage runs from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Overnight coverage is handled by NightHawk from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing for predictable and protected downtime.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a predominantly hospital-based position with in-person coverage during scheduled shifts. The role is designed for radiologists who want consistency, collegial interaction, and access to full diagnostic resources rather than isolated remote work.
Scope of Reads
The Diagnostic Radiologist will read across all modalities, including but not limited to CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and mammography. Comfort with and willingness to interpret mammography studies is required.
