Job description
An independent, non-profit, community-based hospital, designated as a Critical Access Hospital in central Maine, is adding a Radiologist. The hospital serves a broad rural region of Somerset County and provides 24/7 emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, and a network of specialty and primary care physicians close to home.
About the Opportunity:
- Joining 1 employed Radiologist and currently 2 contracted Radiologists
- Must be comfortable reading all diagnostic modalities, including mammography, and perform basic interventional radiology (arthrograms, breast biopsies)
- The schedule is Monday through Friday, with some flexibility
- Can do some hybrid remote
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Expect to read 70-90 cases daily
- Fuji PACS – RIS System
- Powerscribe Dictation
- All equipment is digital and up-to-date
- Employed position with a high base salary and a full benefits package
