This medical center is a respected healthcare provider offering comprehensive services to the Springfield community. The radiology department features modern equipment including Epic/PowerScribe/PACS systems, with a supportive team environment comprising 8 radiologists (soon to be 6 after February) and a full complement of support staff.
Opportunity:
Physician - Radiology - Mammography
Job Details:
• Locum to Perm position starting February 2026 • Practice in both hospital and outpatient locations • Variable daily case volume with diverse patient demographics (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric) • Perform stereotactic biopsies • Conduct breast ultrasound biopsies • Handle breast localization procedures • Perform mammo and ultrasound guided biopsies • No on-call or weekend responsibilities • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (required) • Active MA license or pending MA application with submission date and estimated approval required • ACLS and BLS certifications required • 90-120 day credentialing timeframe with completion of applications • Self-Query NPDB report required at time of presentation (must be pulled within same month as submission) • Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees • $25k Conversion Fee applies
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
