Remote Radiologist _ Georgia (Permanent) Regional Health System is currently seeking a full-time teleradiologist to join our team. Learn more about our diagnostic imaging services. Salary: Competitive hourly rate and commensurate with experience Schedule: Saturday through Sunday, 8am-8pm; one weekend per month. Call: No call required Facility: One center facility with an Emergency Department Modalities: must be proficient in and willing to read the following modalities – XR, DEXA, MRI, CT, US; optional modalities include PET and FL. Benefits: Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Home workstation provided Requirements: Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship Required Certifications/Licensures: Board-certified physician or board certification eligible (if eligible, must obtain board certification within 5 years); Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Technology: 128 Slice CT (computerized tomography) scans 3T MRI Ultrasound Vascular Studies Nuclear Medicine PET (positron emission tomography) Echocardiography Nuclear Cardiac Scanning Mammography DEXA – Bone Densitometry Other: Candidates must be proficient in and willing to read the following modalities: CT, MRI, ultrasound, vascular studies, nuclear medicine, and DEXA Optional modalities include PET and FL Future opportunity for additional coverage; Nights are currently covered at this time.
