ONSITE Diagnostic Radiologist (General + Light IR)

Licensure & Credentialing

  • SC license required

  • Can consider non-licensed providers who have FCVS for verification

  • Provider will be cross-credentialed for additional locations due to reading requirements:

    • Black River

    • Marion

    • Florence

Schedule & Coverage

  • Start Date: January 19, 2026

  • Shifts:

    • Monday–Friday 7a–4p or 8a–5p

  • Weekend Day Shifts:

    • 7a–4p, in a pool with 4 other radiologists reading for the RHN

  • Average RVUs: 70–80 per shift

  • General + Light IR required

Dosimetry Badge Requirement

  • Provider must have dosimetry badge on first day of shift

  • Agency must provide the badge

  • MUSC will reimburse up to $200

  • Arteriograms

  • CT-Fluoro Biopsies

  • Ablations

  • Embolization

  • Kyphoplasty

  • Gastrostomy Placement

  • Pleurx Catheter Insertion

  • Nephrostomy Tube Insertion

  • Port Placements

  • Tunneled & Non-Tunneled Catheters

  • Dialysis Graft Declots

  • Biliary Drainages

General On-Site Studies

  • Lumbar Punctures

  • Myelograms

  • Arthrograms

  • Fluoro BE–UGI–Barium Swallows

  • Modified Barium Swallows

  • Ultrasound-Guided Biopsies

  • Thoracentesis

  • Paracentesis

  • Galactograms
