Facility:
This is a Level I trauma center that provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Lansing community and surrounding areas. The facility features an established Interventional Radiology department with a supportive team structure, including dedicated management and advanced practice providers to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.
Opportunity:
Physician - Radiology - Interventional
Job Details:
• Full-time, Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist (MD) position joining a team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs • Hospital-based IR services with a day-shift schedule and Q3 call coverage • Average of 8 cases per day • Primary focus on adult and geriatric patient populations • Required procedures include angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization) • Additional procedures include orthopedic, gynecological, and urological cases • Q3 call schedule (every third weekday and every third weekend) • Manager and two APPs supporting the IR team • Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days with fast-track options available • Lodging provided on campus if needed • Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate • Requirements: Board-Certified Radiologist, Active Michigan Medical License, BLS/ACLS Certifications • Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
