Dates of Need: January 19-23, 26-20; February 9-13; February 16-20 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
Must have active AZ license or IMLC
BC required in Radiology
BLS required
DEA required Need General Radiology coverage for the ER with the occasional basic fluoro case as it comes up.
